Kehabisan Kerja!!!

Yesterday,i was so bored..i dont knw what to do...boringggg gila *sigh*...
so..aku mengisi masa lapang ku dgn baik sekali..ahaha...tghhari tu aku kemas rumah sambil tgk movie "2oo Pounds Beauty"...its my fav. movie actually..hehe..nda taw berapa juta kali suda aku tgk!!Tp biarla kan..hehe ;)

Nnti il tell u bout the movie..nw kita cerita dulu psl ystrday ah..kemarin tersgt..sangat la boringggg....oleh kerana TERLAMPAU kerajinan teda kerja..ive decided mau msk la ptg tu...so,fikir punya fikir*thinking*..hmm...bgus aku buat ayam panggang..sedapnya ayam *dreaming*...hmmmm...

Terus aku pun pgila sedia bahan2...ayamnya,barbeque sos,kunyit,garam n honey!!!suda apa kena pnggil tu"Perap"is it?ah..ngam la tu...kalau slh tegur saja ya..hhehe...then kasi masuk la ayam tu dlm microwave for bout 25 minutes!!!Wahh...smells good..hmm.. *hungry*... :))
while waitng 4 my "ayam2" siap..i wtchd "Kungfu Hustle"movie....hahaha..gilak eh...i cant stop laughing...ketawa sendiri2 lagi tu..hahahaha.. :P

Sambil2 tu aku buat pudding caramel...senang saja ba!!mau recipe??let me knw sja..hehe ;)
Then suda siap adunan pudding semua..kukus bout 10-15 minutes!!its so easyy..Suda siap semuaaa....pnggil my sis turun mkn...tgh2 makan tu sempat lgi tgk "Bujang lapok"..hahaha...wyg ni mcm evry week msti tgk balik2!!hahaha :D

Aftr ive my mamam,i went upstrs in my room...melihat dunia internet..tetapi sgt bosan!!hmm
Then,tiba2 *bang*..ada idea datang d kepala ku ini..hahah....mari main water colour!!!
I took A4 paper byk gilak sampai my sis mrh..hehe..n ambil water colour....syiok..syiok!!
U guys might think im crazy or being childish...but,who cares!! I love it :)
Setelah dekat 1 1/2 hrs sampai baju ku semua be rona rona..hahaha...nah..this is the results...tadaaaa :)

Low Back Pain: Tips on Pain Relief and Prevention

What can cause low back injuries?

Many things can cause low back injuries--muscle strain or spasm, sprains of ligaments (which attach bone to bone), joint problems or a "slipped disk." The most common cause is using your back muscles in activities you're not used to, like lifting heavy furniture or doing yard work.A slipped disk (also called a herniated disk) happens when a disk between the bones of the spine bulges and presses on nerves. This is often caused by twisting while lifting. But many people won't know what caused their slipped disk. In most cases, slipped disks and other back pain can be relieved by following a few simple methods.


What can I do for relief when I've hurt my lower back?


The best position for relief when your back hurts is to lie on your back on the floor with pillows under your knees, with your hips and knees bent and your feet on a chair, or just with your hips and knees bent. This takes the pressure and weight off your back.You may need 1 to 2 days of this sort of rest for a hurt back. Resting longer than this can cause your muscles to weaken, which can slow your recovery. Even if it hurts, walk around for a few minutes every hour.

What else can I do for relief?

Heating pads can help to relax painful muscle spasms. Use heater 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Ice packs and massages may also give relief. Nonprescription medicines that reduce pain or swelling include aspirin, acetaminophen (brand name: Tylenol), naproxen (brand name: Aleve), ketoprofen (brand name: Orudis), and ibuprofen (brand name: Motrin).


Call your family doctor if:

Pain goes down your leg below your knee
Your leg, foot, groin or rectal area feels numb
You have fever, nausea or vomiting, stomachache, weakness or sweating
You lose control over going to the bathroom
Your pain was caused by an injury
Your pain is so intense you can't move around
Your pain doesn't seem to be getting better after 2 to 3 weeks


Is there relief for ongoing back problems?

Treatment of ongoing back problems must be directed at the cause. This may mean losing weight (because being overweight can make back pain worse), getting your muscles in better shape, and improving your posture when you're sitting, standing and sleeping.

Tips for preventing back strain

Don't lift by bending over. Lift an object by bending your knees and squatting to pick up the object. Keep your back straight and hold the object close to your body. Avoid twisting your body while lifting.
Push rather than pull when you must move heavy objects.
If you must sit at your desk or at the wheel of a car or truck for long hours, break up the time with stops to stretch.
Wear flat shoes or shoes with low heels (1 inch or lower).
Exercise regularly. An inactive lifestyle contributes to lower back pain.

What's the best way to sit?

Sit in chairs with straight backs or low-back support. Keep your knees a little higher than your hips. Adjust the seat or use a low stool to prop your feet on. Turn by moving your whole body rather than by twisting at your waist. When driving, sit straight and move the seat forward. This helps you not lean forward to reach the controls. You may want to put a small pillow or rolled towel behind your lower back if you must drive or sit for a long time.

What's the best position for standing?


If you must stand for long periods, rest 1 foot on a low stool to relieve pressure on your lower back. Every 5 to 15 minutes, switch the foot you're resting on the stool. Maintain good posture: Keep your ears, shoulders and hips in a straight line, with your head up and your stomach pulled in

What's the best position for sleeping?


The best way to sleep is on your side with your knees bent. You may put a pillow under your head to support your neck. You may also put a pillow between your knees. If you sleep on your back, put pillows under your knees and a small pillow under your lower back. Don't sleep on your stomach unless you put a pillow under your hips. Use a firm mattress. If your mattress is too soft, use a board of 1/2-inch plywood under the mattress to add support.

What exercises can I do to strengthen my back?

Some specific exercises can help your back. One is to gently stretch your back muscles. Lie on your back with your knees bent and slowly raise your left knee to your chest. Press your lower back against the floor. Hold for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat the exercise with your right knee. Do 10 of these exercises for each leg, switching legs.While some exercises are specific for your back, it's also important to stay active in general. Swimming and walking are good exercises to improve your overall fitness.

sesudah sampai tempat kejadian..hehe..print la semua kertas n everythng,then i went to post office mau send parcel for "business thingy"..hehe..suda pg sana..mcm2 lgi mau d buat..ive to wrap the parcel bgus2 then fill in borang utk bnda tu..jdi isi la semua n pgi counter..bayar 4 the postage...its quiet expensive juga!!tp ndapala business pnya pasal ah..hehee :P

Oh ya..mayb u guys mau tau apa business?its actually uh..uh...hm..im a drugs dealer!!YES I AM!!hahahaa =))

Aftr ive done my keraja2 d post office then i went to unisa to pay the fees..jdi pgila kunuk unisa ni mau pg htr offer yg drg bagi n pay the fees..sekali sampai sana..nah,i went to the counter n askd the lady if i can pay cash kan..trus she said 'Oh,im really sorry sweetheart,but u have to do it by bank draft or eftpos.."
ohhh...in that cse,i need balik pgi bank yg jauh itu n mke a bank draft then dtg balik..ayoooo..penatnya..sudala aku jalan kaki lama gilak,mcm dari likas pg cp suda..hmm :(

It was my last day in Malaysia,i went to kl on the 24th dri kota kinabalu tercinta...so sad,but ive to go!! :(
our flight awal pgi lagi..first flight,then sampai d KLIA around 9 if im x mistaken..Sampai Kl sja trus pacik uman bwa pg mamam Nasi Lemak Kg.Baru!!BEST *THUMBS UP*

On the 25th of january i went out with my abah, sis,memeng n pacik uman (ryan giggs)hehe..we went to IJN visitd pacik Ghulam..Alhamdulillah,semuanya ok!! :)
Then,abah ikut ami mohammad jln n kami berempat berjalan melencong ke tempat lain..hehe,on that day jg ive plnan mau hang out dgn drg eyul,pka,nazil n ijat...mula2 we plnnd mau jumpa d BB,but then my sis said bgus d SOGO sbb drg mau cari brg thre..so..Pasrah la :(

Ndapala..mana2 pun im ok..asalkn i cn meet them...rindu bgt owh!!Suda sampai d Sogo,whle waiting drg eyul semua..ikutla drg my sis dsana cari brg....ahhh,mcm mau pingsan..too many people!!ahh...Crowded ni..hard to breath rasanya..hahahaa :P
About 30 mntes lepastu,aku calld drg nda dpt..then tgk kredit,la..habis la pla!!
N yg gilaknya...bgitu besar sogo..they dnt hve reload Digi ni..hmmm???ish..ish.. *shake*

Sesampainya d rumah..kami pun crita2 la in my room bebincng kunuk apa mau pkai tonite..hahaha..dia pun suggest la mcm2 ni,then drg my mum mmg Best..my mum ckp "oh,kmu ada dinner tonite..?"then eda pun snyum2...hehe..i told my mum earlier"ma,i told her kmi pg dinner sja,then my mum ckp okok n i said mama jgn mention bout the b'day ah then she replied iaia"..COOL!!!:)

Semua org dlm rumah relax sja kunuk,nasib semua nda telepas ckp..hehe!!Thank u so much guys..Mama,aunt irene,wa,an,pong,abg mail,madir,girl,desi n rumah ku!!hahhaa :P

Sampai d warisan..we went to ''Times"book store..c girl pun pgla section budak2 pilih2 buku..then i calld decy supaya dia dtg cept..tp eda nda taw org lain ada..bcoz she thought juz kmi 4 org..c nazil,me,eda n c girl..
Then i said to eda "eh,aku pg luar kjp ah..kau kasi kwn dulu c girl beli buku..then tiba2 c decy pg calld eda..dia ingt eda tau yg dia ikut..trus nasibla pndai cover2..hehe..jdi decy met them d kedai buku tu..aku pun pg atas then nazil calld me yg dia dgn c bobi ada suda d secret recipes...trus i met thm thre,crita dgn drg kjp trus lari pg kedai hadiah d warisan tu pg ambil present yg kena bungkus tdi!!Masa im on my way pg secret dri ambil hadiah...tiba2 eda calld,dia ckp "yammm..bgus kau bgtaw,knp aku tenampak isyam n ponok d warisan??then tediam...Oh damn,matila...mcm mna ni..bingung *sigh*..

Yesterday,14 February 2009!Saya buat "cupcakes" 4 b'day Suhana..A friend of us d Adelaide ni!Bukan utk valentines day...saya tidak sokong smbutn itu!!Hari kejatuhan islam d sepanyol..eh..ok mags!STOP...berbalik pada topic cake..hehe ;)

it was fun sbb lama suda nda bermain2 dgn tepung n butter..hehe..I love baking n if dpt i would love to hve my own cake shop wit my own recipes!!isnt that cool?hehe..I have a dream..a song to sing..lalalalalala(continue singing)
